Coastal Carolina vs. Ga. State on ESPN2 might be the most exciting game of the night.
Fortunately (or unfortunately) it is on local television in Pittsburgh. I too am a "backwards idiot", and proud of it.

The VaTech O is very familiar. Poor run game marred by weak OL. Untimely QB runs. Getting killed on the interior. Multiple down field shots with minimal positive results.
Most impressive player I've seen is WVUs Prather. I believe we recruited him.
Marshall ran VaTechs QB off after last season
If I’m not mistaken, VT had quite a few kids transfer out under Fuente and the cupboard is pretty bare right now. One of them was Hendon Hooker, the Tennessee QB who is pretty good. Conversely, as mentioned above, the new starting QB is from Marshall and struggles quite a bit with turnovers. The announcers for their Old Dominion game alluded to the fact that Marshall fans weren’t sorry to see him go. People in Blacksburg are going to have to be patient with Pry. It’s going to take a few years to get the roster built back up.

Unfortunately, I think their head coach is as well. I was never impressed with him as a DC.
I think Pry needs to focus more on facilities. Lane Stadium only seats 65,000.
Brutal - it was like 7 first down by penalty for WVU - Pry needs to instill some sort of discipline with VT players as most penalties were just stupid..
That turd they laid against the Jets netted me a whopping 0 last week. I dropped em (I typically stream defenses to varying degrees of success) and they do this.
Especially in the 4th quarter when vo tech still had a chance. It was brutal.
Yea, I either end up taking a top defense, or streaming all season. In my three leagues that use defenses, I have the Bills in one and am streaming in the other two. I started CLE in both...they ended up having an average night overall, but that last play at least took it from bad to slightly above average.
