Yeah, I don’t feel real good about my under wager.
We still need to limit the second chance buckets and block out better…but our corner trap is deadly.

I get the feeling that practice has been INTENSE.
Much better team play today so far. Against Southern we had 17 total assists. Today we have 14 in the first half with 2 minutes to play
Jimmy Dykes said we had a 2 and a half hour practice yesterday that was very intense. I’m sure they’ve all been like that this week. Jans obviously kicked some arse since the Southern game.
62 is most first half points in last 25 years. That was on the tv graphic on ESPN halftime
Last weekend was one of the worst and most inexplicable losses in State basketball history, and I mean legit Bottom 5 loss of all time, so I'm not gonna jump on anyone for being a little down on the team right now. That said, today's performance has been incredible, and it's showing that this team still has the ability to beat absolutely anyone on any given night.
The team needed this badly, and it's been fun to watch! I'm continuing to keep my fingers crossed that Tolu is going to be back sooner rather than later because a 1-2 punch of him and Hubbard is a helluva combo
I will say that the main difference is that we are hitting the 3s we take. I think we still have a pretty comfortable lead but I'm not crazy about how many we throw up there. I expect it will even out more when we get Tolu back.
First time we’ve scored 100 points in a game outside the state of Mississippi since 1959. That’s a pretty incredible stat.
