Betting line was -320 on Pens. Huge win for my friend Mike Sull. I just hope they claw their way out of 8th spot. Facing Bs in first round won’t be fun
GLOV brought his own unique sound to the symphony that is this board. I didn't always agree with his posts but I never failed to read them. May he rest in peace.Betting line was -320 on Pens. His love of UNCheat, Liverpool, and the pens (2 teams I absolutely despise) was diehard, and for that you gotta respect him. never wavered. and he wore his fandom on his sleeve. miss his comraderie.
As a fellow UNC basketball fan, I believe that GLOV would have certainly been openly disappointed in this year's version of the team, but as you say would have taken your ribbing about this year in good stride...especially riding the coattails of last year's UNC head-to-head Final Four victory in Krzyzewski's (with respect to both the reputable coach and to GLOV I won't use GLOV's nickname for him LOL) last game before retirement. He would have hated the fact that Carolina dropped both games to Duke. But he would have loved the grief I would have given him after each (although he’d never admit that publicly). RIP TheGlov.
