It's happening. I know Texas and A&M always have good classes. But now they are going to be legitimately competing with the Bama's and OSU's for the top spot. Look at Michigan. They are flipping some top recruits as well. All these big money schools are slowly rising to the top of the rankings.

Money fixes damn near everything. I predict all the schools flush with cash like USCw, Michigan, Texas, A&M will start becoming more of a power. It's not going to happen overnight, but in 2-3 years they won't be the punchline to jokes.

Best case scenario is that it just takes the shine off of Bama.

I also think the NIL is going to hurt our chances of getting another Simmons or Jones. Hopefully I'm wrong.

It's not NIL at Texas A&M. It's Jimbo Fisher. Big money schools were already at the top.

A&M went out and signed a 5 star DL from TN and FL. That's Jimbo's emphasis on that, not NIL. The out of state guys are the difference.

And again, A&M has always recruited well. It's just that TX talent is always overrated.
