As a professor at a medium sized midwestern university, there are many 8th year seniors on campus. I'm sure a few of you fit that category back in the day. So why not have a representative on the football team?

It does make me wonder how he got the extra years of eligibility for the injuries though, as I didn’t think the “6th year” redshirt would apply with his freshman year being a “voluntary” redshirt.
