Yeah, Northwestern looks great. Other than one drive in the first quarter, they don't look like they are even trying to score.
When we beat Northwestern 17-7 in bad weather people wanted to fire Franklin and replace Clifford and talked about how overrated Singleton was. OSU is up 14 - 7 in the fourth in bad weather (they are about to score) and it's because Northwestern is playing so great!

Penn State is infinitely more talented than Northwestern…NU has 1 win all year…yet they game planned well enough to dominate the stats and hang in against O$U…no mistakes and held a pro offense like O$U below 100 years passing.
Super. Now we know when we play Northwestern this year, in the past, we're going to get destroyed, even after we beat them. Especially if the weather is bad.

Today's game between Northwestern and OSU was really affected by the elements - obviously. Winds were as high as 55 MPH and it was raining. That usually evens things out for the less talented team. Fitzgerald even said he was praying for these exact conditions. This was just a game you want to win and get out of the Windy City. No way you can compare PSU to Northwestern - PSU got OSU's best shot, NU didn't

Similar to our game against NW, but some of our fans never waste an opportunity out to trash “our” team.

When I was a kid, my mother would say....stop crying or I'll give you something to cry about.
If you had any back round in athletics, you'd know better than to be dismissive of any victory.

Don't you know PSU outplayed Ohio State for 52 minutes IN SPITE of the coach. He then started coaching and once again lost the game for "US."
All of this amuses me.....but I have sympathy for anyone that is married or related to these misanthropes.
So we looked better against Indiana than did Michigan. What's your spin on that??
