I believe no snaps in 2 years.Interesting. Did he ever see the field?
I believe that is correct.I believe no snaps in 2 years.
Unless you have login credentials, how would you know if he's in there?Yet hasn't entered his name into the portal as of yet.
......................... I think, if you look back, even the classes expected to be the best, at Penn State, or anywhere else, have about 1/2 of the signees really end up contributing. Maybe even a little less now with the ease of transfer - and probably some of those transfers out would have eventually become contributors, even if it took 3 or 4 years.

I believe so: "even the classes expected to be the best, at Penn State, or anywhere else, have about 1/2 of the signees really end up contributing"This is fairly typical isn't it, and not just at Penn State.
I don't think so.Interesting. Did he ever see the field?
We have a ton of transfers, but very few of them are moving on to P5 programs. Looking at the transfers you mentioned:As we sit on "Recruiting Eve", it is interesting to recognize just how much of a crapshoot it is - even when you have highly regarded classes.
Already one gone from this year's - 2021 - group of signings: Nate Bruce (maybe he will be back some day)
From 2020: Brandon Taylor, Norval Black, Micah Bowens, Joe Johnson, and Enzo Jennings
From 2019: TJ Jones, Michael Johnson, Ta'Quan Roberson, Tyler Rudolph, John Dunmore, Lance Dixon
And it is still very early for those groups of signees.
Other guys who would have had 2022 Eligibility, but are gone: Will Levis, Isaiah Humphries, Brailyn Franklin, Des Holmes, DJ Brown, CJ Thorpe, Judge Culpepper, Trent Gordon, Zack Kuntz, Ricky Slade, Damion Barber, Justin Shorter, Damion Barber, and probably a few I missed. (Jordan Minor, Journey Brown, and Nana Asiedu lost to medical situations). And, of course, early-entry NFL guys like Parsons, Hamler, and Oweh.
You could almost make up a complete Alternate Universe team out of guys who are no longer on the roster. I doubt you will see any All American lists stuffed full of transfers - from anywhere. I was just trying to list the previous Penn State signees, with remaining eligibility, who are no longer on the roster at Penn State. I think I got most of them, but may have missed a few.We have a ton of transfers, but very few of them are moving on to P5 programs. Looking at the transfers you mentioned:
Levis: doing well at Kentucky
Brandon Taylor: violated team rules
Norval Black: didn't see the field
Micah Bowens: OU stuck behind Caleb Williams
Joe Johnson: Campbell University
TJ Jones: UAB 3rd string
Michael Johnson: FAU
Tyler Rudolph: UMass
John Dunmore: Oregon State, 1 Rec for 4 yards this year
Isaiah Humphries: Cal didn't see him on depth chart
Brailyn Franklin: Sam Houston
DJ Brown: Louisiana Tech
Judge Culpepper: Toledo, started
Trent Gordon: Arkansas, 3rd String NB
Zack Kuntz: ODU, major contributor
Ricky Slade: ODU, not playing anymore
Damian Barber: Austin Peay
Justin Shorter: Florida, 38 rec for 496 yards, 3 TD. Under 1000 career yards at Florida.
Lance Dixon: WVU
We love Hipp #daughterismiamialum5 years ago, this was called processing.
Now, it's just business.
Levis was a big loss, but circumstantial. Shorter could have been a solid depth player with a ceiling as our #3. Could he move to TE a la Juwan Johnson?
A couple you left off.
Antonio Valentino- 23 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 sack. Would have been nice to have, but by all accounts a split was mutually necessary.
Mac Hippenhammer- 48 rec, 786 yards, 5 TDs. More success than Shorter, but a lower level. Definitely could have been a #3 or #4 this year, but probably a good move to go on.
