Good for LVPD and Nevada for staying on it.

They don’t have to prove he was the shooter, in fact nobody really believes he was. They will charge him with conspiracy, it’s not disputed he was in the car and involved.

Also shout out to DJVlad who basically solved this with his YouTube channel and interviewing everybody involved in this including the guy that was just arrested.
