Now that BIG Tournament is over I'm having trouble cancelling BTN+. In the past

I didn't communicate via email. I actually chatted with an agent and they cancelled me

I just cancelled on my iPhone under "Settings" "Subscriptions". Easy. I still get to use BTN+ until April 2, when subscribed period ends, which is great in case I need it for Penn State hockey games in the B1G tournament.

I finally gave up and emailed tech support. Got a very quick response and they cancelled my subscription. Thanks to all that tried to help.
