Now that's what I would call an "unhealthy" rivalry

Nah, that's how rivals are supposed to be, not "awe little brother, go eat cold chicken tenders"

Mississippi has the short end of the stick on grocery stores, in general

I am just saddened that Mexico has HEBs and we don’t have them in Mississippi.

When Wal-Mart accounts for 50% or more of your town's grocery selection, it's a hard conversation to talk about the merits of QOL

I swear Mexico is all but a failed state.

Ain't nothin' wrong with Mexico.

There's a spot in Nogales, just south of Tucson, where you can get lap dance you won't soon forget.

At least that's what I heard.

This is the truth. But better for it to be WalMart than Dollar General.

I commented the other day in JLS's Macroeconomics post about my hometown having been a food desert for three years now which will fortunately change this summer (link).

Mississippians just don't have money and especially those in rural towns and that's not attractive to grocery stores.
