Non-MSU, I’d say Ken Griffey Jr. The swing all the kids of my generation tried to imitate.
No question. He was also one of the only superstars of that entire MLB era that made it through the steroid era with an untainted reputation.

There might not have ever been a better all-around player in MLB history for a 5-6 year stretch than he was from 1993-1998.

Didn't our CB who got toasted on that pass by the third string QB at South Carolina years ago wear 24? That's my vote.
