Edit: Apparently we can't say @sshole. That's what all of the censored words are.

Look at our history of coaches.

Felker - nice guy - failed
Jackie - ******* - succesful
Croom - nice guy - failed
Mullen - ******* - successful
Moorhead - nice guy - miserable failure
Leach - certainly could be an ******* (see putting players in the storage shed at Tech) - successful
Arnett - I think we thought we were getting an *******, but he turned into something else as soon as he got the big chair. I knew something was off the minute he started giggling in press confrences.

Here is my plan for the hiring. Bring in Herman, Chadwell, and Lebby.

Instead of interviewing them, we have our defense simulate a fourth and short situation. Have the offense hard count until a defensive player jumps offside. The coach who makes the player who jumped offside cry first gets the job.

I do agree - having a coach that can be a little hard seems to work better here. Arnett was that as a DC but it didn’t carry over for some reason.

How our future coach should address our players after a penalty.

I bet if there was some p***y in that backfield you could get some pressure on the QB.
You run pass routes like old people f**K.
