I'd rather talk hoops

I don't mind talking hoops. The first game surprised me. The second one confirmed that the Gophers have the ability to "steal" a victory, but have a long way to go. Hard to get disappointed with a first year coach in his first head coaching gig. IMHO the program has exceeded expectations. Looks like PSU is going onward and upward!

I actually really like this series. I like Penn States explosive style of hockey.

Just noticed one stat. Going into the 3rd period. PSU 52 shots. Minnesota 48. Almost every other BigTen team would have one of those numbers as the total for both teams.
