Great win for the Giants over Green Bay in Tottenham Stadium, 27-22. Wow, a really gutty win, well done.

Barkley does so much more, with the worst supporting cast, than anyone. If he had the Browns, Titans or Cowboys Oline- he’d be breaking every record in the bookGood game for Barkley, who’s still turrible.
From what I saw on the broadcast, the Packers fans were predominant in the stadium.Currently in London. Seeing a lot of dejected packers fans on the tube. Didn’t realize they were playing the giants till yesterday. Not sure why but there are a lot of packer fans in London. So tourists with packers gear in Edinburgh earlier in the week as well.
Steelers 3-31 Bills, with 1:03 left in second quarter. The Steelers really suck!
Kenny Comeback time!Steelers 3-31 Bills, with 1:03 left in second quarter.
Wow, Cousins is 17-17, Vikings up over Bears 21-3, in Minneapolis.
J E T S! So happy to be wrong!Bleeping Jets are going to lose to a 3rd string QB.
Embarrassing.Anyone see the roughing call on Brady? Effing joke! Any other QB in league it is simply a sack

That was pathetic. What an awful call. Brady has officials in his pocket.Anyone see the roughing call on Brady? Effing joke! Any other QB in league it is simply a sack
Didn't watch the game and not necessarily a Falcons fan although I live in ATL. Did watch the linked video above and it looked like a textbook good solid tackle to me. Had the Falcons pulled out the win, the Bucs would've been 2-3 and the Falcons 3-2, as it is, the records are now reversed. Things that make you go hmm. Watching less and less of the NFL these days and glad I'm missing it. The way it's going, it's no better than WWE.That looked a lot like preserving the Bucs win than protecting Brady. The run down of multiple other hits that weren't called shows that.
No call here on Pickett but roughing on Brady? I'm not sure the one on Pickett should draw a flag either. He was a little late on the slide, but it was the one of the two on which somebody could justify a penalty call.Fight at end of Steeler game? They probably lost that one too!!

Jim in the NFL when the QB slides, he is not to be hit, period. so that was a terrible no call.No call on Pickett was the correct call, not a dangerous hit.
If his name is Brady, he doesn't even have to slideJim in the NFL when the QB slides, he is not to be hit, period. so that was a terrible no call.
That's not the case.Jim in the NFL when the QB slides, he is not to be hit, period. so that was a terrible no call.
go to the :57 sec mark and see that.....if Pickett was Brady it was clearly a foul. That's not the case.
If the defender went helmet-to-helmet on Pickett, then, yeah, it should have been a flag, but I didn't see this while watching the video, and didn't have the benefit of a slo-mo replay. But a million times we've all seen quarterbacks hit while sliding.
- A defender must pull up when a runner begins a feet-first slide. This does not mean that all contact by a defender is illegal. If a defender has already committed himself, and the contact is unavoidable, it is not a foul unless the defender makes forcible contact into the head or neck area of the runner with the helmet, shoulder, or forearm, or commits some other act that is unnecessary roughness. END. I bolded the sentence above.

You said, “when the qb slides, he is not to be hit, period.” The Rulebook says this is not the case. That’s what I was responding to.go to the :57 sec mark and see that.....if Pickett was Brady it was clearly a foul.
if a picture is worth a 1000 words a video has to be worth 10,000.
