OSU back up QB was arrest from for impaired driving and suspended from the team. After charges reduced to a minor traffic violation play was reinstated today he missed only one game. I guess football players
have the best lawyers in the state. Very quick justice..

I’m sure it’s all just a misunderstanding.

Well it’s about time that cops who harass OSU football players out driving drunk get their comeuppance. With respect to the thread we should all now await the human wave attack from 11 Warriors and Bucknuts posters spinning the story.

Human?

I guess the C’bus police treat regular students differently. My daughter got a ticket for stopping in an intersection near campus when the nose of her car was just past the near edge of the sidewalk and another for an obstructed license plate because she had a clear plastic cover over it through which you could easily read the plate. Only $180 in fines and she basically did nothing. The Columbus PD is full of a bunch of $h!tbags.

Makes sense to me. I'm guessing your daughter hasn't thrown enough touchdown passes to get out of anything like that.

These are the kind of judges, police, and administrators PSU needs to be elite. I'd like to know how many other schools squash incidents ?

Yes, but she lived in Neil Hall where a large number of the football players lived. She totally disliked those a$$holes and they turned her completely anti OSU football, although she was never much of a football fan away. Her traffic stop happened about a block away from Neil Hall just off campus.

Anti-OSU Football? In Columbus? There's her crime. The police were just looking for reasons to give her tickets.
You've heard of "DWB". How about "DWHOS"? (Driving While Hating Ohio State).

There is a police video of Miller and he is not the least bit drunk or disrespectful towards the police. He could walk a straight line with ease and could touch his nose etc. My only speculation is that the police arrested him as sort of a semi warning not to drink it all before he drove. He did have a small amount of alcohol before he drove but nothing that impaired him in any substantial way.

The video was posted at eleven warriors.com . Here is link. https://www.elevenwarriors.com/forum/ohio-state-football/2021/11/126651/jack-miller-dashcam-footage

Not familiar with different laws around the country. How much alcohol are you allowed to drink before driving in Ohio if you’re under 21? Is it a non 0 number?
