This was Cohen's first SR, right? I was thinking he'd been a head coach for 12 years. I think that makes Cohen 1 for 12 and Stans 0 for 13. </p>

If Stans had gone 15-20 in the SEC, Coach would be screaming for his hide. I am not bashing Cohen, but we all know Coach seems to only support those he thinks are his chosen few and if that is the case, he can't be objective. 0-13 is not great but neither is 1-12. If Stans had changed pitchers yesterday and we had lost, coach would be lambasting himpost after post. If we sign a great class in basketball, it is always not near as good as somebody elses. Welcome to the world of Coach34.

Cohen coached at Northwestern St to begin- that would be like The Recruiter making a Sweet 16 at Belmont

Cohen has 8 SEC seasons, but not at the same school to ensure stability- he has taken over 2 major rebuilding jobs and has been successful with both. He owns Kentucky's only SEC title in school history . He has now in just 3 seasons gotten State into a Super-

The Recruiter didnt even make the NCAA Tourney his first 3 seasons as HC.
He has had 13 years to ensure stability.
He didnt even have a big rebuilding job when he took over- he had a draft pick in Washington and Tang Hamilton who spent some time with the Heat. Not to mention he could sell the recent trip to the FF. AND he has already been at State, developing relationships with the state's coaches- not coming in new as Cohen did.

You can say Cohen is 1 for 8- but what he has done in 2 SEC coaching stints can't be labeled anything but outstanding

Last I checked Stans has an SEC title and if Cohen hadn't had some decent Seniors this year, we would have lost even more. This is not to bash Cohen, he should get 4 years to have it turned around but your true colors always come out when Stans is involved. I am glad he doesn't read this crap because if it was up to you, we'd sign nobody, we would never beat coaches like Pearl who you adored and you'd have Gottfried or Brady coaching us. Go back in your shell and wait until football is over to start your annual tyrade. The board will be more than happy to listen to your crap in November, until then, give us a break, sell some condoms, and start trying to build up those points in your dogtag account so maybeone day you can buy a season ticket in basketball and get away from your computer.

"Last I checked Stans has an SEC title"- who said he didnt? But State has 6 SEC titles in history and is in the top half of the conference in that category- Kentucky has 1, thats it. And he won it.

"if Cohen hadn't had some decent Seniors this year, we would have lost even more"- and we see that you obviously are uninformed about the baseball team. Some of those Seniors are Cohen's juco recruits. Polk didnt leave him **** really.

"start trying to build up those points in your dogtag account so maybeone day you can buy a season ticket in basketball and get away from your computer."- I can get basketball season tickets any year I want them. With this being The Recruiter's Farewell Tour, looks like I'll have them for 2012-2013
