Not sure if this has been updated recently, but here is the document by which the "powers that be" execute.

A rebuild of the Hump seems to throw this plan off significantly

I wonder where we are on the Green Corridor. This is the first i have seen that but that would be great for campus and connecting Davis Wade to the athletics complex on the north side of campus

It said at that time the plan was “ Humphrey Coliseum: renovate concourse, new premium seating, add office space”. I think that’s still the plan, Why would that throw the plan off?

I worded it awkwardly: I should have said "building a brand new coliseum" would throw it off. A renovation is the plan.
