I’m in MS. I normally wouldn’t go this route, but due to my minor child, I feel I have no choice.

Civil rights attorney is pretty broad. The attorney you hire for a 1st amendment issue would not be the same you would hire for a 4th amendment issue. PM me and I can point you in right direction.

Flip a coin between Richard Schwartz and Alexander Shunara. Either one will fix you up and it won’t cost you anything unless you win.

Jim Waide’s office in Tupelo has a lot of experience in 1983 actions.

It’s not about the money, and yes it’s regarding my minor child, on private property. 3 bullies

I wish your kid would have beat the **** out of the bullies. A learning experience for all.

The big question is, was the property owner responsible or did it just happen on their property. If it just happened on their property doesn't mean they are responsible or liable.

Sounds like you need a civil (personal injury) attorney, not a civil rights attorney.

What county are you in? DM me and I’ll be glad to help you find someone if I can.

I appreciate any help I can get. I’m not able to DM you for whatever reason. I’ll try again later or tmrw.
