OT: Best Trade Schools/Programs

In spired by the STEM vs Liberal Arts thread. I thought we could share a list of cool trades beyond the stuff we think about at the local community college (not that there's anything wrong with those either.) But there are a lot of unique opportunities out there that most of us have never heard about. I'll start.

North Bennett St School in Boston. Old school trades like violin repair, piano repair, bookbinding, cabinet and furniture making, etc. My favorite is Preservation Carpentry. Really cool stuff and if I have a kid that wants to be a custom home builder down the road, I would ship them right off to this one. Such a cool unique 2 year program and when you come out you could almost instantly land a good job with an ultra high end carpentry firm or builder instead of some tract home builder
