Don't sugar coat it - tell us what you really think! ;)

Imagine a world where dumbmond, on College Gameday, said the following:

”In light of recent events at my alma mater, and the public’s quick and harsh reaction to these events and my alma mater, I have a new understanding of the events that allegedly transpired with a former coach at Penn State. I know now that I reacted harshly to Penn State without knowing the facts. I am sorry for my misguided comments related to the situation at Penn State. I was wrong.”

Imagine.

Mushmouf can't stop himself. Kirk must be like 'what a moron' at least once per week.

The one Michigan poster I actually liked hasn't been around for a long time (Aniston (sp?). Pretty level headed guy. Wonder what he'd have to say about all this.

Sorry, I can't imagine that no matter how hard I try.

While I disagree with the mighty mushmouf, at least meatchIcken’s fanboys are circling the wagons around their guy. That and the university threatening legal action against the conference…definitely flaunting their privilege. Wish we had this sort of bluster and bravado coming out of University Park all those years ago.

It’s worth noting yet again that PSU “leadership” willingly allowed everything to happen to PSU. even the slightest bit of spine - let alone factual and correct arguments that PSU headship actually handled the Sandusky matter appropriately - would have prevented the bulk of the negative fallout and allowed Paterno to have his retirement and passing with the appropriate respect.

Circling the wagons is what an organization should no, not bend over and lube up.

Agree with the sentiment, but they didn’t even need to go full circled wagons. Just needed a leader with a modicum of emotional maturity and vocational competence, which, in hindsight, was an ask that greatly exceeded our bandwidth.

Anison. I used to have a couple side convos with him, but never met him in person. Quality guy - way above your typical Wolverine.

I was going to link his LinkedIn profile, but unfortunately I don’t trust all posters.

He would be lucky to string together 3 simple sentences saying ‘Desmond dumb. Desmond wrong. Desmond sorry.’
