I’ve got 4 receivers for 3 slots. Garrett wilson, diontae Johnson, smith-njigba, and Moore for the bears. Currently I’m sitting Wilson due to his matchup with surtain.

I would go with Wilson and Johnson. I would probably lean Smith-Njigba but it's really a toss up with Moore.
If it's your wife's sister or cousin, do NOT tell her. It does not go like in the movies.
Fortunately in this case the fantasy involves four dudes
Fantasy Football Now has both Wilson and Johnson in the top 20 (11-20 range) and Moore didn’t crack the top 30. I like watching them in the mornings to compare against my roster…. Its a good show.
Keenan Allen is back for the bears and with Rome Odunze getting better, that could impact DJ Moore's targets.
I would never sit Wilson. He's WR1.
