I try to mix it up, but I always go to the preacher curl machine to finish it up. That machine doesn't seem to hurt like barbell/dumbbells do. Process of elimination...my bet is the preacher curl machine.I try to mix it up, but I always go to the preacher curl machine to finish it up. That machine doesn't seem to hurt like barbell/dumbbells do. But I need more than one exercise for them.
