@Bwifan may be more knowledgeable about the Chile ski scene. I looked into it @ 10-12 years ago, for the purpose of going skiing there in our summer, and the resorts were a mess, and it did not seem like a viable option. This was a few years after the economic downturn in 2008, so that may have been the cause of the issue at that time -- I really can't remember all the specifics.

Tis a thing of beauty right now on webcams just nuking snow... I just go along with the boys for fun like Chris Benchetler and Glenn Plake etc to ski with they are very down to earth folks and really enjoy hanging with them apres skiing
