Any ideas other than don’t do it? 🙄
Probably with NEMA 7 rated enclosure on motor.
12 volt DC battery.
Would like 10 gpm.
For ethanol free gas.
Lift from truck bed into high wing airplane. 6 foot lift.

Barnwell airport has the only ethanol free gas pumps that I have found in SC.

I was thinking there may be a motor head who would know how to do it. 🏎

Hope uknow u interrupted coitus…..

From a buddy:
“All Avgas is ethanol free. Normally aspirated aircraft engines need all the lead they can get
There is talk of a new blend to take the lead out. But nobody knows exactly when that will be.
I know and studied under the guy that formulated it.”

I have a low compression engine (7.2:1) that can use as low as 80 octane with no lead. Lead is good for high compression engines but it is dirty and fouls spark plugs.

That’s exactly what I would like to use. Thanks! I just hope they have a reasonable coverage area.

Edit (they are just starting.)

EzFill may offer gas deliveries in your area in the coming months as we expand our reach in Florida with launches planned for Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa and Fort Lauderdale. Plus, we have our sights set on the bustling cities of Atlanta, GA.; Austin, TX.; Nashville, TN; Baltimore, MD, the greater D.C. metro area; Charleston, SC; New York City, NY and Long Island, NY.

I thought ethanol free gas was fairly easy to find, I use it in my lawn equipment and get it at the local Circle K.

Not at airports. Only at Barnwell Regional airport in SC has ethanol free gas as far as I have found. It’s a great choice to use only ethanol free gas in mowers, chain saws, etc.

The idea is that I could fill a tank in my pickup truck but I would need to pump it into my high wing airplane.

Man, I always thought AV fuel was different, not just ethanol free.

It is different. AV fuel for non turbo piston aircraft is normally 100 low lead or 100LL. I got an airplane that can use mogas (80 octane car gas) as well as more expensive 100LL.

Due to the amount of boat owners here in Mt. Pleasant, we have many stations offering ethanol free gas.

Thanks. I need to find one that will drive to an airport (in Greenville). Know any?

That’s a good point, are there any boat owners who move gas to their boats using their own pickups?
