OT: Hurricane Tracking Models

Someone on the board posted a model for Gustav that you could run your mouse across the top and it would play an animation. If someone knows where that is, it would be helpful since I am a resident of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This place may look worse by this weekend, than the Dawgs looked Saturday night. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
