I am staying away. Was told that it would interfere with future MRIs, if needed. I can see how someone would love it compared to having to use a CPAP. But, I'm used to it now. So, I will stay the course.

I think sleep apnea can be caused by being overweight. Chest weight presses on lungs and interferes with breathing. I had this problem and lost 15 lbs and problem went away. It can be serious and lead to death. I am 5' 8" and weighed 155 lbs and lost down to 140 lbs. 155 may not seem like much but I have a small frame.
