This is after Iowa's collective paid him and he did some advertising for a car dealership in Iowa. Pretty "smart" move by Proctor to get NIL from Alabama last year, NIL from Iowa this spring, and NIL from Alabama to go back.

There’s something seriously wrong when a kid can transfer, collect $100k in NIL money and then transfer again 2 months later and not have to pay any money back.

Then again, if people are dumb enough to give to NIL, then they deserve for stuff like this to happen.

Transfer portal and NIL have turned this into a free agency ''all you can eat'' buffet and players are at the feeding trough.
