Titans, Chiefs, & Raiders were AFL franchises prior to the merger which somewhat explains the discrepancy between their last purchase price in the 60's vs. the NFL franchises at that time.
The Rooney, Mara families have experienced pretty solid returns over the last 100 years.

The Raiders valuation is based on Al Davis buying a 10% stake in the Raiders for $18K just after the NFL merger in June of 1966, so there was a lot of uncertainty about the value of those teams.
