My wife is retiring as a HS guidance counselor after 20 years. She'd love to fully retire, but the mortgage, car payments, and vacation plans say otherwise. She is interviewing for an academic support type job at PSU Harrisburg. She likes the job description but I'm not thrilled that it's part time hours. Was curious about how long she would have to be in this role before potentially applying for another position. My present company requires a full year in a role before applying for another role.
