Quit watching when they made you pass a set of rules that have nothing to do with quality. Probably the worse year for movies as well. I used to go at least twice a month, but the pandemic and change in movie culture have killed that. I never thought I would see the day when the people who made a film blamed me because it had no entertainment value.

I don't generally care about the Oscars but I loved seeing Everything Everywhere All at Once win award after award. I thought it was a brilliant movie.

Last time I went to a movie in a theater was 2007 and I haven't looked back at all. Certainly not going to watch a bunch of pompous arses parade themselves in front of cameras begging people to take a picture of them in their borrowed clothes and jewelry.
