They purposely let a prisoner go awhile back, several years ago now. Prisoner walks 1 block down the hill from the county jail to a car detailing place on 182, walks up to a car that had been detailed and had the keys in ignition with engine and heater running to dry the shampooed carpet. Prisoner drove vehicle away and then totaled it.........
