Posting this because I know it's an policy area that is of interest for sixpackers and I want to hear their opinions on it. I'm just glad this place is serious and mature and this won't devolve into a thread about how Sweden's Deputy Prime Minister of Energy has pointy elbows and then probably end up filled with pictures of other politicians, EU or otherwise, with pointy elbows.
