Anyway, I figured no big deal since unbeknownst to him I’d gotten him an iPhone 15 for Christmas. Worst case scenario, I’d just send it back, right?
Well, a $35 case cost $50 after shipping ($13) and taxes. Of course, the case didn’t fit. And, their return policy is they’ll give you a UPS return label if you fill out their form. But, you don’t get refunded your shipping and they take a $5 restocking fee from your refund.
I paid $18 for a $35 case that I don’t even have anymore. I’d have been better off selling it on eBay. I get that shipping is costly, and all that…. especially for a small business. But, this is a PSA for those needing to ship any returns back to The Lodge this holiday season. You may be better off finding other options.
