Going to be there Monday in the middle of the day. Any restaurants (lunch and dinner) and sightseeing recommendations?

Climb the lighthouse. Haven’t been there in a while but I remember a good seafood restaurant but can’t remember the name.
Of course Savannah has great restaurants.

Looks like it is still open

Great! Hope the area hasn’t been gentrified…..the area was owned by the folks who had been brought there to work 200 yrs before……..the streets were unpaved as you drove on sand roads to your meal.

Let’s go to a historically white neighborhood…. “Man I hope they never let blacks move in here” how does that sound”?

It would be nice if they kept a pristine area pristine……..the isles a classic example of putting 4 homes on one lot(much less building on the beach). Let the ocean reclaim that area & in doing so your home insurance goes up to cover the cost of others. We can go ahead filli in a marsh, killing natural habitat…… hell pave over everything!

Brunswick is halfway between Savannah and Jacksonville.
