So the first thing an immigrant does in crossing our border illegally is commit a crime. How in the hell do we allow them now to be able to own a gun, plus the fact they're not a citizen of the U.S.?

The Democratic appointed judges are taking advantage of the Republican-majority Supremes’ Bruen ruling two years ago that gutted anti-concealed carry laws in New York by extending Bruen to the point where even the GOP wants to be against Concealed Carry.
