A handful of months ago I looked into these as well as Amazon knockoffs.
Just couldn't figure out a use case for me that justified the cost.

If my temp is elevated...OK, good to know?
If it says I need sleep...OK, we'll then I am probably going to sleep soon anyways.

If it meaningfully tracked daily activity, fat%, calories in and out, etc- yeah that's be a data monitor with value to me.
But I kept coming back to the view that its just a really slick energy monitor(sleep tracker).

I’ve got one. Biggest thing for me is it provides good intel re your sleep habits (you typically are getting more than you think), and it tracks your daily activity and gives you a goal (which depending on your personality, can motivate you to go for a quick walk in order to achieve your goal etc). Interesting on the front end, and then very redundant re daily / monthly data.

Yes. But less likely to end up in your mouth.
