of the game and clock. He doesn't run up scores. If we're up by one td, he'll sit on the ball.

I just typed that like we should be in complete control of this one.

I thought the Kentucky game felt like our most balanced game last year, and we only had 28 attempts. Maybe it wasn't the most balanced since we also had 51 carries on the ground, but it felt like it. We also only pass more when we are behind. See WVU and UPig. I think we will see 12 attempts in the first half, and fewer in the second half as we bring in Tyson and Chris to get some snaps.

Of course this all goes out the window if we don't show up and start getting our asses beat.

I've heard we're going to try to get the ball in receivers hands more this year, but then I've heard that in years past like everyone else.

But looking back to last year's attempts/game:

LSU 33
Tulane 31
Auburn 18 (wow.. we beat Auburn while completing 5 passes)
Gardner Webb 37
USC 27
UAB 35
UT 33
WVU 35
UK 28
Bama 35
Ark 51
OM 36
UCF 20

I just don't think it's a stretch that we throw it 30 times. Now.. how many of those will actually be to WR's and not quick hitters to AD? I don't know. But if I had to bet, I'd hedge on the side of over 29.

If I remember right, it probably felt like this because we had a big enough lead at halftime to where we pretty much didn't throw it in the second half. But I think were pretty balanced in the first half.</p>
