They need to fire the owner. He's what's wrong up there.
Tepper is a special case because he is beyond terrible, but owners tend to outsmart themselves. They stumbled on a winning formula with Wilks as interim coach. Who cares if Wilks had a boring offense and winning games 16-10. He had the culture in the locker room right and we were winning games. We go out and get an offensive guru in Reich, the offense is worse, and fire him after 11 games when Wilks would have took the job for pennies on the dollar. Now, you have to pay for a new coach while paying Reich to play golf. I can't believe that Tepper is a billionaire with the decisions he has made since becoming owner of the Panthers.
