I'd like to know what the 1st units on the left, as you go through the main entrance, are going for now. Those might not even be there now. My dad bought one of the 1st of those back in '82 or '83.
The number of upside down pineapples within 2 blocks of the house has a lot of bearing on the price per sq.
I will say it's pretty impressive how long that place has remained a nice place to live.
