Could someone please clarify why the hell we aren't going after this guy. Some guy on Gene's page said that he was watching the Texas Ranger's broadcast and they brought up Patrick Palmeiro. The announcers said that Patrick was drafted in the 22nd round by the Pirates and had the most raw power they had ever seen from a high school player. The comment was also made that Rafael wanted him to go to college first. I mean his 17ing dad's name is on the baseball practice facility. What gives?
