thru the years......Actually, I was looking up Mike Bradford (CT's Dad) in the '83 program I believe and there you were, right on the same page..........

BTW, have you kept in touch with any of those guys over the years?

I like going back thru them occassionally....Brings back a lot of memories..........I sat in those wooden bleachers a many a weekend with my Father when I was a boy......Good memories..........

John was nice enough to invite us down last October during Homecoming weekend. I went and saw a few of the guys I played with. Since Coach Polk left there has been a little less returns of the guys my age. But Mike was there and I got caught up with him. I believe his son is one of the first "legacies" to play at MSU. There have been other sport athletes who have had sons play Baseball at MSU, but I can't really think of another ex Baseball Bulldog who's son played for MSU. Some of you might know of one that I am missing or was not aware of. Some of those sons turned out to be very successful in College Baseball.

I was glad for Mike and his son has had a good start to his career at MSU.

He was wearing an MSU t-shirt last week also and his summary of the Ramjit/Mingione (sp?) play was spot.

Basically he said when the play initially happened in real time, it almost seemed like Mingione stuck his foot out. But when you look back at the replay, it was just a nice acting job/flop by Ramjit
