anyone ever try this product? local small college FB trainer told me that a couple of their players had been on this supplement on this as part a national study, and it had worked pretty well and they lost some of their body fat and gut. I had never heard of it, and went online = pretty expensive.

So….. for the low low price of 100$ a month (65$ cheaper) I can help just as much. I’ll even give you 1 month free!

Here it is…… stop drinking soda, eating candy, cut all processed carbs and don’t use any type of sugar (white or brown).

I take Venmo….. :ROFLMAO:

All jokes aside, seems to me like the next big shortcut. Of course diabetics are different but for pure weight loss, you’re better off to cut out the sugar and use the 165$ a month to buy healthier groceries. I’m just really skeptical of anything that says it can (essentially) allow you to continue to eat garbage and this wonder cure will trick-f**k your body into losing weight. That ain’t natural….

sorry man, I’m not trying to be confrontational. I just hate hate HATE sugar and the billions of dollars that are made my making it easier to consume, then using that consumption to make billions more dollars by “helping” people consume more by minimizing the effects sugar has on the body. I quit sugar when I went keto years ago. Cycled on and off Keto but always stayed away from sugar and the health benefits I’ve seen from staying off sugar are crazy. The stuff is the devil.

I am pre-diabetic, and count my sugar intake per day. My last soft drink was the year Penn State was in the Rose bowl with Kerry at QB. I was curious if there are viable solutions before getting on one of the pre-diabetic drugs. It was kind in interesting that the players involved both had fasting glucose in the 100 and A1C around 5.5 before taking this supplement, and dropped about 30% after. the supplement was only aimed at glucose control, but wound up reducing their bf% as a side product.

That’s super interesting that they could lower A1C and fasting glucose 30% with it….. IN ATHLETES! My mother in law is diabetic and I’d love to find something to help her out.

I figured with a Mayo Clinic backing this would be about more than fat loss but the website really just screams fat loss and gut biome. If you go down this route I’d love to hear your opinions on it and how it relates to your glucose control

they were some of the bigger boys. I know they are athletes but still not as lean. they looked like guys who in 30 years are headed for health problems.
