Well OSU’s passing attack went 32-35 today so hopefully our coaching staff MIGHT gameplan leaning in that direction.

I was at the Penn State game so didn't see any of this game. I'm looking at the box score. Seven touchdowns in the first half. What in the world. PSU gave a much better showing there in a prime time game. I can see OSU moving up to #2 this week ahead of Alabama.

I thought I heard on Gameday that MSU's passing D was rated dead last in D1 in terms of yards allowed. Anyone else catch that?
I heard that when they were doing in game highlights during our game.

Will you be tagged out by game time or did you already take care of that? 🦌
Still looking! Passed up a number of 12-14 inch 8 points in archery season...looking for a stud. Had a bruiser at 50 yards, 10 point, last Wednesday dogging a doe. Would have definitely taken that guy!!

MSU has a lot of injuries on both sides of the ball, including to their Heisman candidate rb Walker and their starting qb.
I had heard about Walker and I think both of their starting WR's are hurt but I didn't know abut Thorne. Wow they are almost as wounded as us.

Unfortunately for MSU, OSU has a balanced O, so they couldn’t key on anything.

MSU knows we can’t run the ball, so I expect them to game plan to stop the pass.

Are they definitely out for the game?
other than the score, I did not see any results from the OSU-MSU game. Did these guys miss that game or get hurt in the game?

I am not sure what to make of MSU. Tucker did a masterful job rebuilding the team via free agency (transfers), but some of their wins were not what you think of from a top 5 team. I saw some of their Nebraska win in OT and they were pretty lucky. Indiana really kind of dominated them but gave up defensive scores. Just not a team that is easy to categorize.

And I’m not sold on Michigan either, we pretty much gave that game away, so I don’t read too much into MSU’s best win.

And Kirkie had the game! Word is they had lots of paper towels in the TV booth for him!
I caught very little of the game but what I did see Herbie was classic O$U homer. I think it was 14-0 O$U and there was a review of a possible fumble after a catch for MSU in the red zone. Herbie was all giddy because he was convinced the call would be reversed and O$U ball. They ruled an incomplete pass and he was distraught. Sparty missed the FG on the next play so he cheered up.

How about when Herbie and Fowler were getting giddy about the thought of tOSU vs Georgia? It was kind of creepy to hear two grown men sound like a couple of K-pop groupies.

I love Herbie calling an OSU game, because you find out so much about them. Every time anyone of them makes a good play he gives you in-depth biographical data. I believe he spends more time studying the OSU media guide than a dedicated student in a seminary does on the Bible.

Fowler is a big PSU supporter from his days living in SC and his Dad was a professor so I give him a pass. Just a fan wanting to see a good game.

Herbie on the other hand is an unabashed O$U homer. Usually when there is a review he gets unnecessarily way into the details trying to convince himself it will go O$U's way. I think he doubles as the O$U radio color guy disguising his voice.

I want O$U to beat scUM but it would be a delight to see O$U lose a close game and maybe even a controversial call go against them just to see him squirm in the booth. How he would be forced to smile and stay upbeat when you know he is pissed as all hell.

Please, enough with that nonsense, we’re going to jam that ball down their throats with our running game. Just like we did with our first eleven opponents.
Don't sell the running game short. We had a guy go for 41 yds yesterday.

After a big TD play by an OSU opponent, he is quiet as a mouse. After a big TD play by OSU, he jabbers away with details.
