Can we ever see a Par 4 where players aren’t hitting any club lower than a 9 iron for the second shot?

Seems like they only use mid/low irons on some Par 3’s and second shots on a P5.

Time to get more creative in course design.

Courses can only do so much now. Only real answer is restricting the ball for pros and people will have fits if they do that.

Rory will carry 340yds at times and on some par 5s reach the green in 2 with a wedge. Insane.
