I've seen these pictures but don't know Atlanta to figure out where they were taken from. My guess is well north of Ga Tech looking back south to Atlanta. If that's correct, then the Dome is close to the bottom center of the picture??? I'm thinking the group of tall buildings bottom right center is the Omni, CNN Center, etc?

According to the Channel 11 website, the light gray vertical strip in the center is the funnel cloud. This same picture on Weather.com highlighted the left side dark vertical strip as the tornado.

Yeah thats looking south towards Atlanta, the dome is actually to the right of all of the tall buildings in the middle of the picture.
