Kent was chairman of a golf tournament to support Myasthenia Gravis Association. I played one year at Sewickley Heights, around 1990. I got to play 9 holes with Kent and he was a lot of fun. Like many athletes, he could hit it a ton, but had little idea where it would go.

At the dinner I had the pleasure of sitting with another Pittsburgh legend, Bob Friend. What stories he told! Got to meet several retired Pirates and several Steelers like Bubby Brister.
