Tommy is:

A) Classy
B) Polite
C) Loyal
D) A player's coach
E) Not the best baseball coach in the world

Polk was told by Byrne that MSU was doing a national search, but that was okay because he thought it was a lie to keep the fans happy. Also, Polk acts as if Raffo will be on food stamps in a month. If he is such a good coach, he'll find another job before the month is out. It's not MSU or Greg Byrne's fault Raffo never left Polk's wing.

I hope some MSU callers set these Nashville hosts straight. They seem to take Polk's words at face value and are sympathetic to his views. I bet they're shocked Byrne is the most popular man in the athletic department with rank and file fans.

Wow. Thanks LT. Hey Ron, what else has been a lie to keep the fans happy?

Black players get drafted... can't afford to be on partial scholarship... etc, etc...

With Polk's recent meltdown, it should be pretty obvious why McMahon got the hell out of dodge.

I can't believe Polk really asked Cohen to turn down his dream job. What an egotistical ****...I'm glad Cohen broke it off in Polk's ***.

Never mind the fact that Cohen got his *** out there and worked his way up to a head coaches position...Cohen paid his dues...otherwise Raffo probably gets a shot.

it is also clear that Polk was going to stick around if Raffo got the job. so I wonder if he told Cohen that he would be gone and not show support for the program if he accepted the job offer??? that may have been reason enough for Cohen to accept. if I were in Cohen's shoes, I would have thought long and hard if Polk told me he was going to stick around. funny thing is Ron most likely looks at it the other way around.

i am not saying he isn't an asset in many ways but his absolute craziness over the last year has pretty much negated any positives he brings to the table.
