If he is fired after all this, someone's going to have to explain to me what took so long. As Hadad said on T&L yesterday, there is absolutely no reason to hold off until after signing day in this portal era. All that you're going to end up with by getting kids to sign only to fire the coach the following week is a bunch of pissed off families

At this point the only way I don't see him as our DC is if he is demoted to Special Teams Coordinator or to a position coach. I believe he will be on staff next season in some capacity.

I voted yes but am/was hoping no. Why? Because if he was going to be sent packing it SHOULD have been Saturday. Waiting 3 days now tells me he's comfy in his maroon and white wardrobe. This administration doesn't do things according to the norm so I guess it's still possible but if they did/do wait and then do it, that's shi tty on their part.
