Scarlet Johansen married Colin Jost. That drops her a few points.

This particular matchup is of Final Four quality, IMHO. You can't go wrong voting for either one. Scarlatt is sexier, IMHO, but Charlize is the prettiest woman in Hollywood.
I literally wrote the two names down on two scraps of paper, folded the scraps of paper up, and drew one from a bowl. It came out for Charlize.

I think Scarlet Johansen is a bit overrated, much like Taylor Swift.

Another poll where there are no losers.
I went back and forth on this one. ScarJo is curvier. Theron has legs that never end. I'm not a big fan of Charlize with short hair, like the 3rd pic of her. In the end, I went with ScarJo.

I love a good pixie cut but it's not for everyone. Charlize kills it though IMO.
Colin is ScarJo's second husband and second baby daddy. She tried the Natalie Portman marry a Frenchman thing but it didn't work out (though did produce a little ScarJo). Theron to my knowledge has never been married and only has adopted children. Her taste in men is just as questionable though - Sean Penn, lead singer of Third Eye Blind, Stuart Townsend, maybe Brad Pitt at one point...
I saw Scarlett Johansson in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof on Broadway a few years back. She was a hottie in that role. She has my vote.
I am squarely in the ScarJo is overrated camp. Charlize, a classic beauty, gets the vote.

These two along with Natalie Portman are probably my all time top three. Charlize’s debut in 2 Days in the Valley is the one burned into my brain.
I like your Melting Teeth comment, but ScarJo (IMO) loses in the face competition. I am not saying that she is unattractive, but she is no Charlize.
