I was told yesterday that the people who own the Pony in Memphis have bought the old Dewerks.
To make it sports related....well stripping should be a sport.

yes, I was told the same. There is supposed to be a coming soon sign there too. Haven't seen it though. I might let the wife buy that furniture now while I window shop next door.
